Main structure of pressure thermometer:

  2. Capillary tube: It is a seamless round tube cold drawn from copper or steel to transmit pressure changes. The outer diameter is 1.5~5mm, and the inner diameter is 0.15~0.5mm. If its diameter is thinner and its length is longer, the hysteresis of transmission pressure is more serious. In other words, the reaction of the thermometer to the measured temperature is slower. However, under the same length, the thinner the capillary, the higher the accuracy of the meter. The capillary tube is easily broken and broken, so it must be protected. For capillary tubes that are not often bent, metal hoses can be used as protective sleeves.
  3. Spring tube: it is an elastic element for general pressure gauges.
